Tai Chi Singapore

It aims to bring about the total harmony of the inner and outer self that arises from the smooth integration of mind and body which is empowered by the healthy Qi, brought about through the practice of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi further seeks to cultivate the qi or life energy within us to exert powerfully, smoothly and regulates the transmission of the following of “Qi” throughout the body. Aside from the health benefits, tai chi runs strong, deep and provides a sense of tranquillity.

Tai Chi is one of the rare sports that allows the practitioners to learn the way of life which is beneficial for many of them in a subtle manner that keeps the learning going.

However, because of its depth in practice and knowledge, no one will fully comprehend it, and thereby lies the fascination and the never-ending challenge of the art.Yet the person still feels very much a part of the world. In a non-religious sense, it’s a spiritual experience and it exists more than just the forms.
